No not the roofing stuff - anyone had shingles and have any suggestions for helping with the pain ? I know there is a vaccine but this I think can only be administered when the shingles pain is at a low point
My wife had it, best strong pain killers you can have and you do have to rest, it’s exhausting and dangerous and rest is essential, can the docs not give you any medicine, a lady at work had it just before Xmas and she had some meds but did rest for about 3 weeks as well
How you feeling? Does the win help? make sure you are still resting up and taking it easy, not sure if we have any sky blue doctors or nurses to give you advice sadly
Was a good match - actually it’s my wife that has it and she is pretty good tonight thankyou - she needs to see the Doc again soon ! Both of us have the dreaded chest infection so a right couple of crocks but we didn’t want to miss the match
