Languishing in 20th place in League 2. At home to Salford, who are favourites to win tonight.

Bolton fans thinking their keeper makes Lee Burge look like Gordon Banks. Sad to see such a big club struggling like that.

Dont get me wrong, we had a decent budget for league two, but who knows, could have been us with the wrong manager.

The fact Bolton Wanderers still exist is a miracle but they are and I’m glad they are. They will get back can be a slow process just look at us.
Bit of a bugger for me though I had them down on an accumulator for promotion.

I feel sorry for the fans of Bolton but they're an example of overspending and now getting their rewards for it.

The years of paying for players like Okocha, Campo, Anelka, Hierro etc has helped their slide down the pyramid. Their fans enjoyed it whilst they were in the Prem and now unfortunately are paying for it with L2 football.

Not sure what ownership issues they've had to be fair.

To be fair, I’m pretty sure their former owner Eddie Davies funded all of that and wrote off about £170m of debt before he passed away. However, I suppose you get used to the ‘lifestyle’ so to speak, which led them to carry on spending beyond their means after that.
