Mandaric in talks about Wednesday sale - report[/h] Sheffield Wednesday owner Milan Mandaric is reportedly in advanced talks with Thai investors about the potential sale of the Championship club in a deal worth about £30m.
Sky Sports said that negotiations were set to continue later this week.
In September, Mandaric, who bought the Owls in 2010, said he was on the lookout for the right investor to take the club forward following the collapse of a takeover deal with an Azerbajani entrepreneur.
Speaking at the time, Mandaric said Wednesday would always "attract people who are interested in acquiring a top English football club".
"Accordingly, I will explore every serious possibility and if I believe that there is someone who can accelerate our plans to return this club to the Premier League then I will do all in my power to welcome them to Sheffield.
"I believe the legacy I left behind at my previous clubs should give supporters every confidence, if any is needed."
