Nearly 3000 tickets should go quite far down the pecking order for a midweek game

Cool! My first ever concession as they do 60+ not 64/65.

Reminder that these have started to go on sale now.

Email says they are digital tickets, although the original article didn't say that they were.

Can anyone help me?

trying to get tickets but it won’t load to my tickets. I click for 2 and then just a blank screen where the tickets would be. And then if I keep trying it says my account has been restricted to suspicious behaviour.
Never used to have this problem. On both mobile and laptop.

on your phone try turning off the wifi and just using the mobile signal to order, that sometimes works. alternatively try not being so suspicious next time.

Just picked up mine. Long trip midweek, especially as the away form isn't great. But if we can't get behind the team now when can we. Hopefully a better time out than the long trips midweek to Preston and Norwich.

Also: for those that complain about the points system, this will be one to get to to build up your total.

I tried that too and tried 3 different devices. I have got my tickets in the end but it just seemed pot luck.

never had this problem before. As I say I got my tickets in the end so not really sure what’s going on. If it’s their end or mine.

from what i found out a few months ago, and i am by no means an expert, it was to do with having a dynamic and not a static ip address. if you get unlucky and you get given a dodgy dynamic ip address by your broadband provider that was used in the past for spamming then it may trigger a load of flags with ticketmaster or similar. in a few weeks/months it changes again to something else and the issue goes away. that's why by turning my wifi off i was able to use my phone to buy tickets as it was then using a different ip address. eventually it just stopped being an issue (i presume because i got given a different ip address) as that didnt work for you though it might be something entierly different unfortunately
glad you got your tickets though. might be a bit cliche but maybe try resetting the router too? it might have the added bonus of changing the ip address

Was busy at work (!) so totally forgot to get these, lucky got ours just before one. I notice these - like WBA - are digital too, but there isn't any info stating when we'll receive them.

Got down to 900 points.

Seems the super pointers can't be arsed with this one. Should be deducted 20 points IMO!!!!

They should make it 50pts if you buy one!

Points could potentially mean naff all soon, just how it was a few years ago.

Now that we're languishing in 2nd place the bandwagoners don't want to know.

They'll be off supporting Boro.

Then you don't get any points. That's why it's a good, system.

That old chestnut. No saying it doesn't happen, but I'd bet the issue is miniscule.

People just want bring it up because they cant be bothered to put the hard work in.

It's been pointed out many times on here how many games get to general sale or a low points bracket.

The moaners issue isn't that they can't get tickets, it's that they cant get them for the more attractive games because they can't be arsed to do the hard yards

Do we have to have this discussion again?

Weekend away games/ Local midweek away games: Usually always sell out at 1500 points. Supporters who have got the most points get the tickets - and fair play, they’ve earned it from doing the miles over the years.

Midweek games in the North or South: Usually go to low points/ general sale: Opportunity for those on lower points to go - but also not a slight on those who don’t go, as these things are costly/ have other commitments

Bramall lane is quite easy, the ground is walkable from the city centre so literally anywhere in the city centre is fine if you are happy paying a £5.

There is a park and ride you can get that takes you near the ground as well, I can't remember the name but it's a couple minutes off the M1 which means getting away is handy after games.
