I have said it before but whenever we have a big following away we attract all sorts of bellends and day trippers.
Loads were more intent on getting hammered all night than watch or supporting.
How the fuck some get tickets is beyond me.

A massive blow losing Dovin, but it is what it is.

At least we had Sheaf and Rudoni back last night. Hopefully those two can stay fit.

Need Kitch back too as Binks is fucking hopeless.

Yes ultimately this makes the potential rial long lay off really frustrating because this is an injury that should never have happened.

He'd dallied on it twice earlier and nearly got caught

I cant believe there are some on this thread sticking up for Collins

The man is the worst goalkeeper we've had since Burge. He cant command his box, never claims crosses, cant play it out, makes a mess of any saves he does make, yet let's in efforts he shouldn't

Should never have played for us again in my view after the Pompey performance

Blokes behind me slagging off every player all night. They had a particular dislike of Collins and Simms and just hurled abuse every time they touched the ball. Or didn't touch the ball.

They missed our goal too as they'd left early but not before shouting "we're fucking shit" before going.

They clapped Hamer too. Sums them up.

Had us down to lose last night, so in isolation not a disaster, but losing Dovin is, he's head and shoulders better than the other keepers.

His absence costs us points, no question IMO, the knock on effect to the confidence in the rest of the defence could be pivotol.

I'd still have Wilson over Collins though.

Thought Simms did ok when he came on - Rudoni also mixed it up - was worried when he didn’t take a Bobby off with they yellow but I guess he didn’t have much option - move on - Hamer show and I am
Putting Campbell in the haters thread cocky git

He’s done it loads of times and plays the ball well
The difference here was Campbell didn’t give a shit about his safety so caught him and then tried another kick

He’s doesn’t look confident but I think that’s his natural demeanour
who was in goal for the cup quarter and semi last year

Wasn't a lot in it tbf, I'd want Simms to do the same to opposition GKs, I think part of the problem is that without Kitching the back line is far too soft. I think we're a bit naive at times, it was obvious Campbell was told to bully us, when he squared up to Grimes after 5 mins and nobody went over set the tone. For one Grimes should have gone down screaming holding his face and secondly someone needs to go over push him away and get in his head.

At this point, it feels as though Wilson has been kept on because he's popular with the players.

A really poor night in so many ways .
All expectations blown away with Thomas’s stupidity & we’re a goal down .
Referee , couldn’t spot a foul by them , if he tried & the Dovin fiasco ……. worth a booking or what ??
As others have said , youngsters pissed & some second half didn’t even know Dovin was off the pitch , then left the stands to get food ….. how do they get tickets ?
I’ve always hated this lot & it summed them up completely , when Dovin left on a stretcher & all he got was abuse from their shite fans .
Got to be better against Burnley lads

There were plenty there last night who would’ve happily tea bagged Gustavo Hamer.

Some of the bile spouted towards COH though was sickening, and people need to take a long hard look at themselves.

And yet he's 5 years younger than Wilson but played twice as many games as him in his career so far.

For those who went last night I’d say watch it again on TV. We were not that far off them for much of the game. Their finishing was sublime that’s all. Frank should have used Ellis from the start to shake them up at the back instead of an ineffective EMC on the wing.

Have all of you above got amnesia? The bloke is abysmal

Name a game where Brad Collins has won us points or saved us?

Im not a fan of Wilson either i think hes turd, but he's at least got a golden glove under his belt and prone to a worldie

I agree….but we have little choice now.

Suspect he gets nod simply over ability on ball, which is better than Wilson.

Park last night, we are still going to do it.

Neither of them are great. I'd have bombed Wilson out after he jumped out the way of the ball away at Cardiff.

The thing is they were a little bit better and thats probably what they hve done all season. Just been a bit better than the opposition in nearly every game.

I agree and it makes us look like a tinpot lower league club, IMO.

Saying that though, Vik, Hamer and CoH deserve a lot of plaudits for their time with us but it shouldn't happen during games.

It's always possible that he said he wanted to leave, then when no one came in for him, said he'd sign if offered a new contract.

Come on, they were a lot better.

It was very cagey until they scored, but after that, thier confidence grew and the looked dangerous and incisive whenever they had they ball. In contrast, we were mostly conservative and never looked like scoring, never getting in behind them.

We played poorly and they played well, and on another day it would have been a closer game, but the table doesn't lie.
