No, and no. Tickets still available online but need to be collected from the TO by 2pm. Coach travel is still available.

I ordered over the phone and can pick up from Sheff Utd box office before the game rather than having to go to Cov one

Beware if you've never been before, the ticket office is a good walk from the away end or at least it used to be.
