Absolutely massive. Most on here, me included, were praying Frank the tank would save our season and amazingly it’s all turned around since he arrived. We are looking so much better without the ball. It’s clearly not all down to one player but what an impact he’s had

Neither of them were pens. End of discussion. Now lets not talk about it again!

What a win!

Exactly that. Rushworth makes a massive difference, we've got to keep hold of him...

Christ these are way behind Boro in terms of tecnical ability. They just look absolutely ordinary. Got lucky with our shite defending and inability in front of goal. Oh and the ref. No surprises though, Frank's one of the elite, on a par with Brooking back in the day. Makes you wonder if Coventry benefit from those kind of refereeing decisions every week.

Tbf Middlesbrough did look much better Vs them than we did tonight but LOL nonetheless

Hope that Roy from the Sheff U forum is skimming this thread prepping his view from Coventry post whilst crying into his greasy chip butty - Cheers boys, 2-1 to the feeder club! But at least you’ve got O’Hare

Wouldn’t fancy being the one to cut Hamer in half. Massive task

The general view from their end is that we only won because the refs always favour Lampard's team.

I wish that were close to true.

Was I the only one who cringed a bit when Rushworth went down injured but actually quite enjoyed it.

Said it in play at the time but I thought Peck was excellent for them , everything went through him .
He's tall , athletic, and sees a pass early . Would like us to take a look at him in the next window

Fucking enormous win. Statement win. Putting a few demons to bed with COH and Hamer. Coming back from a goal down at a tough away game. Shoring up and doing what we needed to near the end. Dealing with a physical side.

Omg it's happening, it's actually happening, wtf do I do

I've just had a lovely few minutes looking at our goals again.

There was absolutely nothing on for Haji when he received the ball for our first but he managed to create a goal out of nothing.

Great cross by EMC for the second and what a beautifully placed header by Rudoni.

Really didn't see that result coming after the first half. As well as the ability, I think Frank (and lately, Frank) have injected some real steel and belief into this side. There will still be a few twists yet, I'm sure, but feels like we're getting there...

We got lucky that he waved both pens away even if may have been soft. Just admit it sometimes.

Lampard far more astute tactically and compact when needed in the last 3 games, just what we needed at a pivotal time. Bravo.

Onyenka has been a brilliant addition and adds a lot of control to the middle of the pitch, it’s no longer one through ball and you’re in on goal.

This could be a key turning point at a tough ground to visit.

Also: who gives a flying fuck what Sheffield United fans think. One of the grubbiest fanbases in the league.

Was the one on Campbell a pen or not then? Can’t see a clear replay.

First one definitely wasn’t, EMC raises his hands/arm but barely makes any contact. Can’t be giving that.

Same shit every week from opposition fans.

“Cov ain’t even that good, we’re miles better”

“such a shit league this season”

“Lampards such a shit manager”

Same fans that beg it for a selfie when they see Frank get off the bus.

We’re the best team in this league by a country mile, yes we’ve rode our luck over the course of the season, but there’s a reason we’re top of the the league. Look at the stats since Franks come in. Just bitter it’s not them.
