I have to believe that the only way forward is going to be a complete clean sweep of the management structure. It's not going to happen, because the powers-that-be won't allow it, but unless we build a management team that can come in an build up a winning mentality, then I fear this season is a complete write-off. It's been said ever since Thorn went. We need a leader, not just somebody to come in and fill the shoes.
