I didn't mind Rose, I liked how he would try and sneak in at the back post to get onto crosses whereas our other midfielders would be looking at their boots on the halfway line.
I really hope next season with a few leaders and battlers we won't get bullied on the pitch and we will be the ones bullying.
Good signing at this level. Means Doyle can have a rest every now and then
So Doyle is a right winger - lol
Every day is a school day isn't it for you Grendel.
I suggest on this school day you do your homework.
He is a utility player who can play a variety of positions including as a defensive holding midfielder. So as I said before if Doyle ever needs s break this guy will give him it.
He's hardly ever played a holding role - as for doing my homework - remind me - how many clubs go into the play offs in this league?
"One sword" what a weaponOne sword Stevenage
Oh and do you understand the words "if Doyle needs a rest"
Please try harder 3/10
Bump.Good acquisition this, very versatile attacking midfielder or right winger.
Chips in with goals and is very experienced. Over 6ft too so is a good size.
Pleased with this.

Bump.He left Rochdale by mutual consent, didn't have the best season last year but that was down to injury. Was loved by their fans and Keith Hill was a big fan of his.
Bump!Superb player and a fantastic addition in league 2. I have watched him play for Dale countless times and he adds guts and goals to the side. Can play out wide or in the centre and Dale have played him up front more than once where he didn't look out of place. Would assume he is over his injury hence giving him a 2 year deal. Potential Captain.
Bump.
'Loved by the fans!'
did doyle actually even get a rest think he was mostly running around after vincys fuck ups lolGood signing at this level. Means Doyle can have a rest every now and then
Yes. Just saying that we brought one player in and our fans were going all ga ga over him and now we have fans totally dismissing him.I love fish.
Therefore apples are horrible.
So why don't we bring Trevor Benjamin out of retirement then? Just because he was crap everywhere, doesn't mean he'd be crap here.Yes. Just saying that we brought one player in and our fans were going all ga ga over him and now we have fans totally dismissing him.
The point I'm trying to make, is just because a player was crap elsewhere, or great elsewhere, doesn't mean they are going to be either crap or great here.

Exactly what I'm saying. Just because a player is not popular or regardly highly with fans elswhere, doesn't mean he won't do well at a new club.So why don't we bring Trevor Benjamin out of retirement then? Just because he was crap everywhere, doesn't mean he'd be crap here.
Sign me up then. The works teams fans (the office cat) hate me, think I'm bloody awful.Exactly what I'm saying. Just because a player is not popular or regardly highly with fans elswhere, doesn't mean he won't do well at a new club.
Yeah, that's exactly how it works and exactly what I said word for word.Sign me up then. The works teams fans (the office cat) hate me, think I'm bloody awful.
Therefore I'm bound to knock in 30 goals a season for us.
I think we all know how this signings going to turn out dont we if we’re really honest with ourselves?Bump!
There's plenty of them.
there's a player so many were really excited about, yet has proved to be a total failure. Therefore let's at least give Bakayoko a chance rather than write him off based on some Walsall fans' comments.

Stop being so sensible.Players are as crap as how the team is set up and if they play to their strengths? McNulty may struggle because of the way Reading play although he will score goals where he can make them out of nothing passes. If we can get the lad running the Channels and the ball onto his chest at times he will do a good job of Holding the ball up and taking the pressure off the middle of the Park. Andreu's passing ability might suit the lad to a Tee, lets look at him so that we can make a judgement using our own views of him from playing
he was still shit - think he struggled at Nuneaton / however still the only city player to score at the EmiratesMy other half is randomly good friends with his family and he was carrying an injury for much of last season and was undergoing an op in the summer....he may yet come back as the player we thought he was going to be.
These situations concern me because either the player is pretending to be fit or the club know he was unfit and still played him. Same with Callum Ball whom we had from Derby - he had a toe injury during the period he was with us, so we got short changed there if the player wasn't being open!!!
Ha ha ha ha
It’s amazing how putting a spin on something can give it a different perspective,Our own manager has done nothing managing other clubs. Sacked by Scunthorpe, left Huddersfield by mutual consent after a bad run of results, and left Barnsley under a cloud.
Two trips to Wembley and a promotion with us.
lol reminds me we had city fans saying we did not benefit from decisions vs notts county lolIt’s amazing how putting a spin on something can give it a different perspective,
For example, you could argue that it was Mobray who actually got us to Wembley the first time while it was Robins who got us relegated.
You could also argue that limping into the playoffs when we should of got automatic promotion is nothing to jump up and down about.
And we also needed the worst referee I’ve seen in years to make sure we got to the playoff final.
You could also ask yourself what kind of manager sells his best striker, and then fails to adequately replace him before the season starts?
I’m not knocking Robins, just pointing out the alternative point of view.
if you are calling him a failure - we have had many managers in the past few years who should have got autos or the play offs and failedIt’s amazing how putting a spin on something can give it a different perspective,

Doing ok is about right in my book.if you are calling him a failure - we have had many managers in the past few years who should have got autos or the play offs and failed
MR record puts him I think in 1st and 3rd (maybe 2nd and 3rd) in our all time win record for managers
You can only play against what is in front of you - but for now - he is doing ok
he was still shit - think he struggled at Nuneaton / however still the only city player to score at the Emirates
