Surely if SISU are allowed to get away with this,will it not allow any Company in the UK to transfer its Lease to another Company then put the new Company into administration and then carry on Trading but not paying any rent?

I want SISU to get away with this. I want ACL to concede that they ripped the club off after getting an agreement while the club was on the floor.

Lets move on

Many companies do this sort of thing, it's not like SISU are the first.

But remember most people that can't afford the rent on say office space can simply move to somewhere cheaper, not really an option for CCFC. Also lots of companies change terms of their rent, Fitness First for example have recently arrange a substancial cut in what they're paying in rent for their properties, the landlords working on the basis that's it's better to have them there paying less than risk empty property.

For most companies you can't simply walk away from a debt without it impacting your ability to function, for example if you walk away from a debt to one supplier you better be sure you have an alternative waiting in the wings. That's why most suppliers will either credit check you or demand payment up front. SISU have, at face value, ensured everyone but ACL is paid so none of their suppliers should really have too much of an issue with it, except on moral grounds of course.
