James’ looked good today, corners more dangerous than Hamer has been recently. Time for a change when both are in the side?

Also: the train of CBs thing: clearly not working. With the height we bring up from the back and the delivery we can produce we should be doing better from set pieces generally.

Yeah Hamer’s set pieces have noticeablely dropped off recently. We seem to get a lot more free kicks in the opposition half than usual. Probably because O’Hare gets kicked all over the place.

Yeah noticed that. James delivery looked very decent judging by 2/3 corners.

Good call as Hamer could be just as effective picking up loose balls at the edge of oppositions box and get even more shots on target or on goal. Rather than being in corner flag area after a corner.

Hamers volleys are more potent than his corners

Be nice for some variety. I think the reason Gus has dropped off a bit is we aim for Ostigard at the far post everytime which teams will have noticed and work on during the week, so having a couple of options is good. I didn't notice what foot James was did anyone else? Be good if we had a left and right variation but perhaps too much to hope for.

Remember Matty James is an experience and accomplished Premiership standard footballer could probably still play there and we will see why and the difference.
