I read it last week. Very interesting. I reckon a midfielder somewhere like Stoke. Got the impression he is midlands based.

Having listen to his interview with Victoria Derbyshire and a youtube interview with Dave Kitson, I am now 99% sure it's him. I remember Robbie Savage tweeted about how 'underwhelmed' he was by the Secret Footballer's identity, which would also make sense.

What I have read though is that it was an actor reading it out rather than him.

That radio interview isn't an actor, the conversation is too natural. Not to mention it sounds exactly like dave kitson who many believe to be the secret footballer
