They're idiots, their podcast is crap, and they're the type of lads who likely still get their Mums to wash their pants for them.

I've enjoyed listening to their pod this season.

They are clever with click bait comments but their pods aren't as bad as made out.

Their assessment of that Derby team is delusional. All those top loanees they had broke out at Derby… they were never a automatic promotion team and the Villa team that beat were just objectively a better team in every way.

Seen their ‘manager ranking’ and it’s just a terrible take.

I can't get past all of the bait they blast on social media to ever consume any of the supposed long form bollocks it was derived from. It may well be they're actually smart and balanced in reality, but I can't respect anyone who is playing the bait game.

This playbook is of course well trodden - shotgun blast out as many half-cocked opinions to drive engagement. It's depressing, but it works - hence we're all here chatting about it. Turns out Jon Gaunt was well before his time.

This and the other thread on overlap... I need to enforce a break from media for a while, I think
