It's Bollock, with an ONot just in colour but in the style of Jackson Pollack.
The fit out of the arena went over budget, god knows how as it's so cheap and nasty. For large conferencing rooms those awful ceiling tiles are not appropriate at all. Get it boarded and skimmed!
