We hedged it a little bit, put on £500 each so if we won we still got it half price. Ended up with it for about £320Did exactly this. £650 on Luton won me £560, so for two adults, cost me £440. Also won another bet that weekend for £200, which I used too.
Goes some way to offsetting the cost of travelling from Norfolk.

My son had £100 on Luton picking up the playoff trophy. I paid for his train fare from Norwich and back so he had a cheapish day out. I know loads of Norwich fans as well, the pub is pretty much split between the 2 clubs ‘and yes, most of them are worried Ipswich will be ahead of them this season, but their reasoning for this is how poor they think they are rather than how good Ipswich are.The Norwich fans I regularly speak to are worried that Piswich will finish much higher than the Canaries. Absolutely agree with this, as do most of their fans that I know.Ipswich are this years Sunderland massively overpriced but will probably be top half/ten.
