Hi guys,

I've just knocked this picture up on my lunch break.

It's fairly self explanatory but basically after selecting "collect in store" when buying season tickets for myself and two friends I was later told they would post them to me. Last week I had a note telling me an undelivered parcel needed collecting from the Post Office...as the sender hadn't paid any postage.

It's only £2.17 so I'm not annoyed, I just found it laughable.

Has anybody else experienced this?

Karl

Bought the lad a JSB membership last week and have been assured that it will be posted depsite not being charged P&P. See what happens, but I expect a surcharge card if the above is anything to go by. Was happy to pay in the first instance, so not too fussed either.

I've put it up on Facebook and Twitter for exactly this reason! It's hardly crime of the century (for us it's probably not even crime of the day) but a little pressure to sort themselves out can't be a bad thing

Probably a mix up in the office between the post and collect file. Quite funny though.

Still not had mine in the post but after Saturday that might be a blessing as I won't have to go this week and can keep in the good books at home by not missing the end of my little boys birthday party.

Mine were posted with no issues at all.
The only problem is I'm already regretting getting one.
