No it isn't, it's coming on here to brag, hysterical posturing is something quite different, that's why they use different words.
'SISU SCUM OUT', 'THE CLUB IS DEAD TO ME', NOT ONE PENNY MORE' = hysterical posturing.
'Decent price that, quicker for me to get to from London' = bragging.
If you bothered your arse to click on the buy a ticket and look at the sections you can see by the grey seats how many have gone
theres about 40 - 50 gone so far.
then about another 9 were in peoples baskets
So where is the VAT number WUM?
People come from different areas. I'm not about to do this for you. 3 of us used to travel from Bedworth park for £2.50 next to novotel & buy nothing else. Your circumstances will be different but don't panic I'm not for 1 second supporting this crazy moveYou need to take into consideration ALL related costs. Its a lot more than £10 !!
Like the idea of putting as many tickets in your basket... got to be worth a go that:thinking about::claping hands:
so just out of interest if the CVA is not approved on Monday and the club remains in administration ........ how do the league get round the groundshare is approved subject to CCFC coming out of administration satisfactorily in line with the League insolvency policy ? Then what happens to the season tickets sold?
more Football League Board discretion?............................................more meaningless words from the FL i guess
In terms of going on sale we have liaised closely with the football league in this regard and they see no impediment to Season Tickets going on sale. As they have already ratified the ground share all matches will be played at Sixfields until the new ground is built.
Otium Entertainment Group have already completed the purchase of the assets of Coventry City Football Club Limited to bring the club out of administration. Monday’s meeting, as I understand, is to see if we can satisfy football league rules by either exiting through a CVA or through the liquidation of CCFC Ltd, if the creditors don’t accept the CVA. If CCFC Ltd is liquidated it will see the club have a further points deduction which is something we are obviously keen to avoid.
I emailed Dan Walker with pretty much that exact question, well I asked him who I would actually be buying the ticket from (not that I'm buying one before anyone starts!) and if it was Otium how could they be selling tickets without owning the club and if it's the administration surely we can't groundshare. Got this back and what do you know, looks like the Football League are going to totally ignore another rule.
It doesn't make sense to me, if Otium already own all the assets needed to run the football club then we aren't in admin anymore as it's Ltd in admin and that's not the football club so why would the creditors meeting impact on anything and why would there be an issue of another points deduction?
looks decent value if you wanted to go to Sixfields - which i do not
However factor in the extra mileage
say you do 10 mile round trip now the groundshare is a 70 mile round trip (extra 60 miles)
so 60 x 23 matches = 1380 extra miles. Average car gets 40 mpg? thats 35 gallons at around £6 per gallon thats an extra £235. Of course sharing a car will help that
Total cost is season ticket £207 (cheapest) plus extra travel £235 = £442
If you use the latest AA motoring costs per mile figures then the actual cost is much higher at something like 46p per mile or £635 plus £207 = £842
so is it such a good deal. what was the cost of the cheapest season ticket last year?
above might be useful if you intend going ....... away fixtures only for me
On the flip side as the move is not quite 100% ,would they honour them prices should we still end up at the Ricoh.
Depends where you're going from, would be less mileage for me, making more of a saving.
Would be for me as well but that's hardly the point is it. The majority are from Cov and so would fall foul to OSB calculations.
Just another dirty trick so the half wits who buy season tickets for Northampton can be used as pawns to say to the FL you cant reverse your decision we have already sold season tickets. Transparent or what.

sorry, been a long day and not thinking straight , a very strange word i used by mistake :facepalm:sisu and honour?
I will not be buying a ticket for only the second season in 40. I will not attack those who do. I don't agree with the purchase but they have a right to make the choice.
Scab is a stupid outdated form of abuse. Highly negative in the public domain given it is identifiable with the shameful actions of the Marxist anti democratic scargill.

Proud of you! You still optimistic on Ricoh??I will not be buying a ticket for only the second season in 40. I will not attack those who do. I don't agree with the purchase but they have a right to make the choice.

Coventry City playing in a ground other than in Coventry is NOT Coventry City. Those buying season tickets are buying them to watch Shitzu FC
Are those going to away games also watching Shitzu FC?
Of course how can Northampton cobblers be CCFC away?
I am going to no games. Those going away are propping up sisu as much as those going to Northampton given the collosal losses they are subsing anyway.
It's actually really quite a large discount, just under 30% off compared to early bird but quite a bit more than that compared to normal price. If the sell about a 1/3rd of last years season tickets (which seems optimistic) they will actually only get about 20% of the money and that drops further if they have to put on transport.
How about all of us going onto the booking area. Put as many tickets into your basket as you can. These are then saved for you. If we get them all saved nobody can buy any :blue:
I hate SISU for moving the club, I hate Tim fisher for doing it, but I support CCFC. I haven't got the time or money to go to away games only but I love my football and going to watch the city play. I totally understand people not going. Now the season is getting closer I can't imagine not going to watch CCFC so I'm tempted but not totally made my mind up
I doubt if it works like that, I'd never design a system that locked out potential sales.
