why would there be a higher allocation of away fans in the Premier League? The requirement for stadia greater than 30,000 capacity is 3,000 seats. Block 6-9 total 3,691 seats. Every other seat would be occupied by sky Blue supporter.It never stays exactly the same and if we were to be promoted, you will probably find that this number will actually reduce due to the number of extra press/media, higher allocation of away fans and more security! In addition to this, it also comes down to the safety certificate and how many it is deemed to be safe for.
