Fair few have but just not enough. It's a real missed opportunity.

Because you’re in the minority when it comes to wanting to sit/stand next to away fans. It’s not at the top of the priority when you consider all the other factors.

There was big uproar when away fans were moved from block 11 to the far corner earlier in the season wasn't there?

There may well have been but it’s clear it’s not that important to most.

It’s a myth that it effects atmosphere anyway.

Yet another reason why a good start is crucial next season. If we have 20k+ ST holders and we're in and around the top 6 from the get go we could sell out every week.

It's not a fair few, it's at best a small amount.

We did say people didn't want to and wouldn't want to move behind the goal.

Same thing. Few hundred I'd guess based on dots available now and those that came up a few weeks ago.

Give it time and people will be missing the away fans being close. Plenty in Block 14 will miss trying to wind them up.

Depends.

Besides the Leeds game, all the other matches with the new configuration were all but silent.

Preston, Cardiff and Ipswich were as quiet as I've ever heard the corner. Zero atmosphere. Zero banter between fans.

No they won’t. The appetite clearly isn’t there. A lot of them seats taken up in 11/12 are new season ticket holders or moved from other areas

You literally have just chosen 3 games where the performances were shite.

There’s been numerous games where away fans have been silent with no back and forth and the corner was rocking.

Fans react to what’s on the pitch (mostly), not what’s in the away end.

Yeah, the appetite isn't there because people made a big deal about staying due to valid reasons mentioned before. People didn't want the be in the concourse and didn't want to be moved for cup games. Fair enough.
However, there's plenty in the corner who crave the finger waving at away fans and running over when we score. Won't be long until they miss that.

That Cardiff game was awful. Few days after a good result at Huddersfield and a Bank Holiday. Even at 1-0 up, it was dreadful.

The games where we played crap and the team looked like they couldn’t be arsed?

I can’t imagine why it was quiet!

Bit the bullet and done it, first season tickets since 2012 ( 20 ST’s on the bounce every year before that ).
We know we will have to sell / give away our tickets for quite a few games but hopefully with that will not be much more expensive than buying 10 top dollar match tickets each.

Was it Paul Fletcher years ago who spoke about 23,000 being the break even figure at the time?! I remember thinking this was utterly stupid as it was never going to be achievable unless we were in the Premier League. Similarly I remember Norwich used to get 20,000 season ticket holders and I used to think how the hell do they get that. I honestly can't believe how far the club has come over the past 6-7 years.

Last season we had more ST holders than what almost half the league got on average , amazing turnaround

Preston we were losing a minute in and 3-0 down after 40.

Cardiff was disappointing yeah but bank holiday crowds are always a bit sedate.

Ipswich our season was over.

Don't think the configuration had that much effect, and things will be a lot better now it's not daytrippers only.

Would've loved to hear the atmosphere v Ipswich if we still had a good chance of the playoffs
They were easily the best/noisiest fans all season and if we were challenging it would've been awsome

Cardiff wasn't that bad anyway.

In the second half when the team showed some fight the crowd responded

Doubt it. If so, we probably won't get the 23,000 potential cap.
