i think you are right. i presume we can see what seats are avaliable online then call/email/turn up at ticket office in the hope they are still avaliable when you get to the front of the queue?I believe that at 10:30 seats are released and people who have already brought there 'held' seats can request to be moved to unpurchased held seats.
Then on Friday all unpurchased seats are released to anyone to buy.

Yep.
