Nope, stuff like that only tends to work in the short term and a chunk of it is just water weight coming off anyway. Just stuck to a daily calorie deficit and done everything else the same

Excellent work that, its easy to put weight on but not so easy to shed it….especially if you enjoy a drink

Keto works for me, but if I’m honest it works because it helps control calories. Harder to snack and overeat on keto.

I saw a research paper that went though IF keto, WW, etc. They basically all trick you into reducing calories.

Remained in FZ. I dont like the arbitrary rules, and i think the whole exchange system will turn out to be a complete farce and stewards will give up checking after 4 or 5 games.

But i cant justify paying double, for what is literally the same blue plastic seat elsewhere

I hope you’re wrong (in a nice way ) as I’ve opted to bin my daughter’s ST off and just get myself a full price in the standard zone. I can’t be arsed with the pissing around when she inevitably doesn’t come to weeknight games and the odd weekend one when she’s away/seeing her mom.

Instead will buy her match tickets when she wants to come. I do think the lack of ST will probably mean she drifts away from it now as it was a chore to get her up there at times this season. So probably a future potential fan lost. Hoping for more success with my lad in a couple of years when he’s old enough.

thing is people/fans don’t respond well to threats. A threat of season ticket revoke. Everyone understands the club taking action for a believed problem and they have access to data we do so that’s fine but as I said earlier 2 ways just solves this problem much better.

£300 to £350 for an adult and junior is a fair increase which no one would argue with and earns the club more. Negating some of the problem financially or restrict the blocks of the FZ. Not making it so big with allude itself to genuine families and others can still buy elsewhere if it sold out.

So whilst I get the clubs actions I just think there are better solutions.

It won’t be easy to buy a child’s ticket on its own, believe me I tried several times last season for another grandson

I know quite a few people who go a few times a season whenever any of our season tickets are spare amongst our group so the season ticket still gets used and they're stood with people they know. They will also pay on the gate a few times too, so never actually needed an account of their own.

I think a lot of occasional fans who have been to a good few games the last few seasons finally set up an account ahead of Wembley this season, as they've always been able to ride off the back of season ticket holders before for match tickets and previous Wembley trips.

Same here, my mum only set an account up in May. She's used my mate's ST for the last few seasons if he hasn't been able to go and me or my brother have bought her tickets for cup games. Now she has her first ever ST.

Can you not just buy it as his concession and then for the times your wife wants to go, upgrade it to an adult for the individual game, or can you not do that on a season ticket

You have to pay full price which makes buying an adult ST more sense.

I don't actually have a massive problem with early kick offs (and Tuesday/Wednesday games have always been a part of the season).

I just fucking hate Friday night/Saturday night and Sunday late afternoon games.

Hull this season was a fucking grueller!

Just bought my ST in block 11. Will be having a knee replacement in the next 12 months or so but it might have to be delayed until after the end of the season. Exciting year coming up .

Just renewed our 4 in block 20, off to do the North Coast 500 in Scotland tomorrow for 2 weeks, so will temper my excitement build up for the new season until I get back PUSB

No can’t be done. If I miss a game, the seat must go back in for resale at full price.

2 STs not renewed here. Bought mine ok but my daughters wasn’t able to be purchased as they need ID for her age. Did this and they updated her details but said it was still age restricted. Wasn’t last season. Paid for 2 adult premier STs and was able to use for my friends when she couldn’t go. They told me today because she is 19 so is classed as a young adult and her ST can’t be used for other adults. Even though it is the same price. What difference does it make. 1 ST is no good to me as I want my daughter or friends sat next to me. Didn’t bother renewing and have asked for full refund on mine. Will have to pick and choose my games next season and sit wherever I can get a ticket. Bit pissed off but probably sensible as can’t get to a lot of the fixtures that are not Saturdays due to living too far away and work commitments. We’ve had STs for 3 seasons now. Means points will start to reduce going forward. The ST points and the odd away game are what keep me in the hunt for big game tickets. Never mind.

I had the same problem. I wanted to change my concession to an adult but they "can't do it". Petty sh*t like that annoys me. It's like, I want to pay more money for my ST but now some bullsh*t new rule. I could understand the other way.

I'm deciding whether if I'm going to cut my nose off to spite my face and keep the £760.
