What should we do?

Apologised after being called out on it. Posted comment Friday, doubled down on it saying deserved it this morning after a couple of days reflection. At least own it.

Can't understand how this goes on all the time on here and nobody seems bothered. If it was racist or homophobic everyone would be all over it and rightly so, but seems disabled are fair game and it's pretty disgusting.

They must be doing something:

Will do. Bizarre that this hasn't been a problem for the last 3 years and someone can't add their own DOB to their profile.

We have tried on her account and the field can't be edited, and as it's an 'adult' ticket I assume not having a DOB counts as invalid.

Almost 6 stone down now. Another 3.5 to go, but getting more difficult to lose at the same rate as before.

What's your BMI?

I think that once you are below thirty, it's slow and steady.

(Don't quote me on that, I'm not a doctor)

Keep up the good work.

You've now got a 34 inch waste but need to lose another 3.5 stone?
Are you 3 foot tall?!

I'm 6 foot tall, so my BMI is 29.5. Strictly speaking to have a 'normal' BMI I just need to lose another 2.5 stone, but I'd rather be in the middle of that range than on the edge of being overweight again.

Also 34' trouser size does not mean 34' waist circumference, mine's still over 40' on that count.

In all fairness i think the family zone tickets were ridiculously low and it makes normal seats seems expensive now but they are still quite cheap. £1000 for a family of 4 for 23 games is good value i

BSB what’s your diet plan ? Forward it to me , I’ve been struggling for over 3 years since I had open heart surgery to lose 2.5 stone which I’ve put on since then .

Right so firstly the system wouldn't let me renew both my wife's and mine at the same time, so I did mine first, then got the following for hers:

'Unfortunately, you are trying to purchase tickets for an age restricted price class. Please ensure the Date of Birth is set for each assigned client or select another price class.'

Anyone had the same issue? Causing a bit of unnecessary stress this.

Just had the same problem renewing mine and my daughters. Mine ok but get the same message when she tries to buy. She is 19. We both had adult premier STs last season without any issues. Have tried different things but same outcome. Will have to phone ticket office tomorrow

Yeah, I went for a check up recently and they measured round the belly button. Nothing like my trousers size.

Still I reckon a sub 30 BMI is a good sign.

As I said previously, keep up the good work.

I'd imagine the reason we've got an entire block of seats covered up for segregation is because the shutters are closed either side leaving an empty area of the concourse. I assume that's what they are sorting.

You have to ring them and cancel the application. As soon as V12 cancelled the application, the STs were showing again in my account and I used a different payment method. That arrangement fee is a killer.

Even if it’s 0.01% of the offer reducing it still makes the overall offer worse. I’m just being pedantic. The PL 2.0 package is the comparable price anyway.

So what work in the concourse can limit segregation and allow more fans?

Not sure what your credit is like (not my business) but have you considered a credit card? Lots doing zero % introduction rates for 15/18 months. Buy on that then cut it up so not tempted to use and get into trouble with it. Pay off at no interest then cancel card and get a different one next season.

If you can't, perhaps might help someone on here hopefully.

Good luck.
