Alright guys
Just collected my season ticket from the ricoh with my mate.
I got mine fine as I emailed the club Tuesday and had a email back from the shop manager saying I can collect today.
The season tickets are the sane as last year but has 2011/12 on insead.
I payed in full but my mates payed direct debit, they told him "we cannot print your season ticket till July 11th because that haven't been payed by the company's, so we don't have the funds"
Are we in that much trouble that we can't offord to print season tickets?

More likely that they want the lions share of the cash before they release the card in case people don't like what they see and cancel. However, I imagine they could disable the card at the turnstile and prevent it being used if anyone's payments weren't up-to-date.

Not sure they would care... The club would be paid in full by the finance company and it would be up to them to chase any non payers. However if they have not received funds from the finance company yet they are right to not print the ticket.

Is it through Zebra again then? I did it on DD with them last year and was horrified to see it on my credit record as an agreement. They also charged a 10% premium for the privilege too, so paid in full this year. If that's the case then if you defualt it will show on your credit file and also means that the club get the contract paid up in full and the credit firm would go after you through the courts for the balance. I guess this is partly an admin decision but partly to avoid cancellations in February when people realise we have nothing to play for.

Also the club getting money in drips and drabs would stop them being able to make large purchases (at normal football clubs).
