We are ST holders and just received our paper tickets for the Forest game on Sunday. Also received the letter with £25 voucher code for use in the shop.
message to club - they should be able to simply sort if you explain the situation - give postie time, still tomorrowDoesn’t look like we’ll be going Sunday if our tickets don’t show up. Whole point of where we are sitting is to try and slightly avoid the crowds due to how my dad is now. He’s not up for queuing up and pissing about trying to get in.

Said on another thread I'd just tried using the voucher code in the on-line shop and it refused to accept it.£25 voucher has arrived… which isn’t actually £25 as you can only use the fucker online. The obligatory £5.95 shopping whether you’re buying a sock or 50 shirts is a bit annoying. Wouldn’t be so bad if it actually arrived in a timely manner.
Ordered 2 shirts and a tracksuit over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Had hoped it’d be here before Sunday but not looking likely now.
Recieved JSB pack 2 days ago. Still no sign of tickets.Paper tickets just arrived, both Forest and Reading included. No sign of JSB packs though.
They managed to make a fuck up on the printing of the JSB vouchers too.

It’s so frustrating isn’t it? I suppose trying to do everything with minimal staff and hoping rather than planning may be the issue. ShfwfWhy is it always last minute with tickets?
Surely they could have made a decision two weeks ago as to whether the card would be in place and got tickets out earlier rather than trying to cram everything into the last couple of days.

Ticket office open tomorrow afternoon for season ticket holders only. Suggests to me they're expecting a lot of people to not receive their tickets in time and they're trying to make life easier for themselves come Sunday.

I always give the club a bit of leeway. And to be fair there is still time, but it’s fucking pathetic.
