I imagine they have allowed a load of "pre 10am" emails to be in the queue. Either that or theres only one person dealing with it and they are really slow.

Thought they might have announced the number of sales by now.

Perhaps they are waiting until they have dealt with all the requests so they can release a proper figure, rather than one that is out of date before it is even published

But no more can be sold. Regardless of seat moves. The number sold at 9,59am this morning will still be the number sold on Tuesday 24th.

So if those who want seat moves dont get what they want, is is safe to assume the seats left available for the waiting list are not that desirable? My mate is 700 and something on the list and wants to be somewhere near me. I think he is going to be disappointed

If you look on the ticketing site you can see what's left and get some idea of how likely he is to get what he wants

Just purchase two season tickets in the Balcony Street Bar for myself and my daughter, right on the halfway line, happy days.

The trouble will be a lot of those may never sell so we may not see a full house this season

true and that is a shame. if you only take 1 kid then a £70 saving is not all that when you have to move your seat every time a kid cant attend (night matches, midday KOs when the kid wants to play footy for their team sat morning).

still for atmos hopefully they are snapped up next week before the early bird discount finishes.

if they don't all sell could they get sold to non-season ticket holders for a cheaper matchday price?

The restrictions aren’t in place in the FZ anymore

You still have to move your seat if your kid can't attend:

"Adults/Concessions not attending with a junior will need to notify the Ticket Office of this, and move their seats to a Standard Zone area (subject to availability). "

https://www.ccfc.co.uk/tickets/season-tickets

i think the difference is that last season you could only do this so many times in a season whereas this season there is no limit.

Seems fair
Just move your ticket if the kid can’t go. Not sure why that would put anyone off

Why are some people constantly trying to make out that Doug has f*cked up the Family Zone?
It’s been going on for about 3 years now and it’s really very peculiar

Which will just get sold as walk up tickets, the same as it’s been for the last 4 years

Probably because he closed the loophole of adults attending as kids.

it put me off. having to call the ticket office and go to a random seat each time a kid can't attend. then having to get to the ticket office and queue to collect the ticket before each match. i moved us out of the fam zone season before last to avoid that admin.

last season was still much cheaper in the fam zone for those that stayed and was obvs far and away best value for those with kids. now it is just a bit cheaper than other areas, so i imagine lots in the fam zone are deciding to move to other parts of the ground

like i said earlier hope it fills up with new families but imo it is not the no-brainer it used to be

Cheaper tickets are a privilege, not a right. No one can expect cheaper tickets without any conditions attached.

One of the conditions is you attend the games

If there are a few tickets not selling in the family zone that might make it easier when mmj starts to get the tickets from the fund.

Don't think anyone has had a chance to buy in the family zone yet. It was sold out to existing season ticket holders so wasn't available at the start and this is just the amount of people who have moved already by just buying elsewhere that was already available or not renewed.

They will defo sell and hopefully mmj gets as many as possible with the fund!
