So on the same logic if we got back to the prem the tickets would also stay the same price???? yeah right.
oddly for Gillingham, away fans pay cheaper on a matchday than home fans ?
these people who would never put a penny back into sisu ? if we managed to scrape survival, and some sort of miracle meant we were top 6 next season (unrealistic I know) - but they would be straight back
I hate sisu with a passion, but i love ccfc - and would not cut off my nose to spite my face
if you were going out with a gorgeous girl who satisfied you in every way - but her adopted parents were Andy Gray and Maggie thatcher - would that stop you seeing the girl ?
All this has done as confirmed that Coventry City have the amongst the worst fans in the country. The vast majority of you deserve to have SISU as owners. You all harp on about SISU needing to invest more into the team yet you complain to having to pay an extra £13 over the course of an entire season for one of the cheapest season tickets in the English league system.
You bunch of hypocrites; demand SISU to run sustainably but you lot can't seemingly budget your finances for an extra 5% on top of this season's price.
I'm tempted to buy a handful of season tickets from my end of financial year bonus (which I could easily do) and sit some of you cretins next to me! Bet you wouldn't even attend if it was free! Any excuse not to go to the games!
THe rumoured info about the kids price increase put me in a bad mood, however upon reading the official info its clear the info is wrong.
Not necessarily. I have checked next seasons price (from the official web site) against what I paid last year and my sons has definately increased.
I cant recall at the minute what I paid for him last year, but he is a JSB member and 9 years of age, the prices seem similar, certainly not the near 50% increase that was being rumoured.
LBB - have been told that all the recent contracts signed by players do have a clause in them about salary reduction should we be relegated. As ever shit PR from the club - there should be some statement about prices, justifying why there is an increase, why juniors have gone up so much etc. I was told one of the reasons (and a stupid one) was that a significant number of adult fans were getting junior tickets and getting in cheap - better policing at the turnstiles would be a better solution that discouraging the support of the future in my opinion.
