Season Ticket Holders v Notts County (1 Viewer)

Hi all

For the first time,, I'm trying to 'buy' my own seat for the Notts County game, but when I go in to the screen I think my seat is already greyed out? I get that all 'other' season ticket seats will be greyed out, but why would my own be? Slightly confused. Any help gratefully received (it would help if the seat number appeared when you hovered over it!) Happily give me stick if it's obvious - I could buy one of the non season ticket seats, but a) shouldn't have to and b0 don't want to! cheers for any help!

Mine appears in reserved tickets but when I click on it there isn't a live event to select from!

You probably have first option on that seat being a season ticket holder until a certain date so that I can't purchase it

It should be in your reserved seats Harry, my problem is it hasn't reserved my lads seat for me. I'm trying to get through on the phone at the minute, lovely way to spend a sunny Sunday morning

Click on the club badge in the top left hand corner and then scroll down, you should see your reserved seat then.

mine worked fine (was reserved), although had to change my sons under 13 free ticket to buy an under 18 for tenner. still a bargain. Prnted off tickets on ticket fast.

Thought it would be easier to upload to Season ticket card. but didn't have that option. strange you would think we would be going paperless in this day and age.

Got mine sorted, so quick and easy to do and had it loaded onto my Season Ticket card.

Nick; they are reserving season ticket seats until Tuesday.

I have just tried to buy for myself and my 2 ST friends as I do for cup games . Usually it shows all my registered associates but, on this occasions only shows my own reserved seat so can't order for my friends. Has anyone else resolved this difficulty as otherwise I have to add to congestion on phone?

Do i have to log in on my lads account to see his reserved seat? Got 4 season tickets linked to my account but like others have said I can only see my seat.

I’ve manged to get the adult friend back on my list by clicking on network and changing their setting to manage tickets rather than assign. They then get sent email to give permission then 20m later appear on list. Not working for kids though, as prob don’t have an email account set up!

Same as others. My seat is shown as being reserved, but my sons' and dads aren't there? Should be simple, but alas no, not for us.

EDIT: Tweeted the club and they have come back and suggested I ring up! What's the point of being able to do things online!

Logged onto my CCFC account and our 2 ST holder seats were reserved there for us. Had the option to add to card, which I did, makes life so much easier. All completed in about 2 minutes. PUSB.

never used ticket fast before but have this time. How long does it take to get a link. Purchase was made at 905am

I had the same issue. And I could only go postage instead of uploading? Most strange! The other just bought their own.

Ticketfast sends email with confirmation within a minute or two then a second email with tickets as attachment within another minute.

Thankfully I got the 'Final Push' package, makes me a priority, I wasn't concerned about getting tickets for this game, but I hope I can get tickets to the away game!

Managed to get my lads sorted online. Set up an account for him but it wasn't giving him priority despite being a season ticket holder. Messed about a bit going backwards and forwards found something about activating account and did that found his reserved ticket at £5 but had to upgrade to adult before it would let me buy. Will ring later in the week about refund.

Thanks, yes but I can only buy unreserved tickets (not their ST seats) and when I reassign it stays with the chosen seat, not their ST.

Looks like I have to phone and have tickets posted, or wait until Tuesday but then I won't be able to activate their STs.

Never had this problem with cup games.

I had this problem this morning , I had to create an account for my child and then in the members area tick manage there tickets , by doing thisi coukd then go back into my account and buy there ticket very strange how they have done this as before you could click on other people that you have in your members area and it would allow you to buy tickets for them .

Will be a tight call. Will depends on season ticket holders allocation. Will probably be limited 2 per season ticket holder. Then other priority. No chance of any left for general sale.

Details announced early this week.

If I can't get a ticket will be in the home end.
