Hi All,

I am a season ticket holder and want to buy 2 tickets for the Burton game online before they reach general sale in the terrace. My ST isnt linked however to my online account as we went into the shop and bought them in person, do you know how I link these as my onling account is currently showing as Profile: General sale

Do you have a supporter number on your Season Ticket/ It might be linked to a different account

Yes, I have tried activating and logging in with the 7 digit supporter number along with surname and postcode but Im just seeing error messages

Try using the activate acoount option in this link

http://www.ccfcshop.co.uk/activ.aspx

it looks like you needs your season ticket reference, your surname and your postcode.

You should already know the last two

Kinda did the same thing, this morning. Logged in on what I'd thought was my supporter number, only to realise that when I renewed my season ticket year they'd given me a new supporter number. Chaos.

Sounds like whats happened with me I think Dubed, were you able to activate your new number printed in your ST book?

dalycov, yes, found no problem - entered (new) supporter number and then surname and postcode in the usual way into the Activate part of the screen.
