Hoping for some help. Trying to get Blues tickets in our season ticket seats, but online it's only giving me the option to buy my own - not my dads too. I have him linked in the 'network' but there is no option anywhere to buy his. Even selecting single seats leads me to a block in the corner! Confused, any help would be great. Cheers

Under network, have you got it set so you can "manage" his tickets?

It will email him to confirm, then once he does you can order both I think?

Think you need to go to the 'reserved' section mate, should be a (1) by it per user.

Just 'assign'. Is that what needs changing? Top man, cheers.

Only mine, no option to buy more than one for another ST. I think Nick has closed the case anyway. Cheers though

Try that, when he confirms it as his end it then gives you more options.

No worries, just looked at mine and realised it's the same although don't plan to sit in my ST seat anyway. On another note note I am really hoping when you reference 'my dad' it is code for your owl. Would love nothing more than to turn up and be sat next to an owl.

I had to call the e-ticketing number as I could assign tickets to my son but it wouldn’t let me purchase his. Couldn’t find a setting anywhere to change, but phone call took <5 mins and all sorted.

This exact thing has happened to me. I've just got out tickets in another area (where we actually sit!). Not sure how to fix it.

This... I have had to change the rights to manage my mates in my network to get all the tickets in our ST seats, I sent the request and they agreed via the email.

Assign just means you can put tickets in their name e.g. you can get 6 away tickets per ST so if you need 7 you can assign one to a fellow ST holder in your network.

I had the same issue. Messaged Ticketmaster and they've fixed the problem

We are having slightly different problems regarding our ST holder seats. Being not very mobile, we have (sadly) come to the conclusion that we are going to have to move our seats if we want to carry on going to SA as we can't physically negotiate the 8/10 rows of steps going up/down as nothing to hold onto etc. and we are both nearly as bad as each other. We were planning to do this before the next home league match, however that has all changed now with the cup match.
Now when we put our reference number in to buy tickets for the Blues cup match it just puts our 2 ST holder seats into the basket and we can't change the seat numbers to where we want to try and sit.
Any advice, as we want to change our seats permanently.

You should be able to change them just for this game, just pick different ones when you order.

To change ST seats going forward, you will probably need to speak to the Ticket Office or nip up to the Butts (if you can)

Thanks for the help on this one. Had my son connected but couldn’t get the two to work together . Sorted now with the email request to manage to each other

Just remember you have to pay to park there now (and iirc they charge even if you have a disabled sticker. May be wrong on that, but check the machine to be certain). Hate you to get fined too!
