Not listened to it yet, but Kieran was really insightful last time he was on. Not everyone's cup of tea but I always thoroughly enjoy the podcast:

Was good hearing Kieran Crowley talk about behind the scenes and how important Mowbray was to keeping us up! Also think Nouble won't play for us again after listening to Kieran.... Very honest opinion of big frank and agree with him, definitely can't header a ball!
