One fighting for their lives and in touch with a graet escape after todays win at Palace.
The other could be here looking for a win to get the second automatic spot!

Think in between we better get some more results! Glad we got one today!

Not sure why that reads Scunthorpe like that?

we need to concede 37 goals to go down
if we lose all remaining games and scunthorpe win every remaining games
and every team below us wins thier 4 or five games
we stay up on goal avg unless we concede 9.25 goals per game
or scunthorpe score 9.25
i might be wrong
but i think were safe now

Yeah, I had the same quirk while creating the match thread for the next game. In the end I had to use 'Scunny'.

I think the final 2 games against Reading & Norwich will be a useful indicator of how good this team really is, against 2 quality teams right in the promotion/play-off mix.

As for Scunny - on paper, they need 3 points more than us, while were all but safe now barring a complete fluke of results. Should be another good test of Thorn's motivational skills.

As I said in another thread, even we can't screw this up!

Its pretty well known, still... as someone who lives just outside Scunthorpe, i can see why its bleeped out .

Think we'll beat Scunny and lose to Reading, though knowing us it will be the other way round!

I would really like Scunny to get out of the drop though, just as long as we're not in it because of them. Since they are a family club, they've not overspent and the chairman is very tight with what they spend.
Okay the ground is pretty crappy, but they do get alot of families going up and they try alot of community things (from what i hear).
