they do that and they are fucking stupid

it took a shit back pass for them to beat us and we should of put them to bed normal time in the 2nd leg

be surprised if united miss the chances they'd get by them sitting back

They beat Sheff at the Stadium of light doing this, they only had 30 plus percent possesion.

Anyone else of the opinion that they wouldn’t watch it if it was being played in their back garden, I can’t stand either of them even if I do want Sheff U to win

Maybe, at the end of the day Sheff are by far the best team in the play offs, but it's still their best bet.
Its worked for Sunderland before, it also worked for Hull, Oxford, Plymouth and Millwall.

Sheffield will win not just because of Hamer but because they've got a Center Forward who can actually head a ball.

Putting this here in the absence of a general playoff thread, but this is outrageous from TfL

Southend v Oldham play-off final tickets limited over safety concerns

Tickets are limited for Southend's play-off final as no trains will stop at Wembley Park station.

Collymore is right. No way that happens to bigger teams.

There's no way it happens for any other event at Wembley. Not like they would tell Taylor Swift she can only play to half a stadium because they can't move the engineering works.

Fingers crossed both can go up so there's less chance of seeing 'Scumberland' or 'Shitefield' being used here for a year

Just watched an interview with Hamer and he said he is glad that it's not Coventry as Sheff Utd can definitely beat Sunderland. Intimated it would be easier as well.

Two horrible, unsexy, grimy clubs with terrible kits.

Preference is for Sheffield: Home of The Human League, WARP records, Gatecrasher and birthplace of Michael Palin.

And another club not in the Championship with parachute payments Luton gone as well, so hopefully Leicester have a least 12 points deduction

Why is the kick off 15:01??? Does the extra minute make a big difference?

Momentum is fully with Sunderland. Unfortunately, I think they will win. They'll set up similar again and let SU have the ball.

I expect they’ll win and in some ways I’d rather they go up than Sheff Utd who are just a boring yo-yo club.

At least they will be playing with 11 players unlike us who played with 10 over 2 legs (You know who didn’t show up).

Through gritted teeth a United win please
Get rid of the parachute money team.
Sunderland side gets broken up with Le Fee and his 70k pw wages back to Roma and Bellingham off.

My mate decided just a couple of days ago to take him and his 3 kids. Absolutely no way you'd be able to do that for us. Guess the Blunts aren't as big as they think.

Not even just a block empty, there are empty seats everywhere in that Sheffield end.
