Aren't we playing Ipswich in a few weeks - perhaps they were scouting the game. If we can't afford £300k for ALF and can't afford Parkins £9k a week wages then we're not going to be signing Scotland!

Again what a load of shite, "Coventry scout seen at Ipswich game" possibly looking at Jason Scotland? Erm no we play Ipswich after Derby so that's why we sent a scout FFS, stop believing this transfer rumor BULLSHIT, we have no fricking money get that in your heads!!!!

I think the same even if he was on 10k a week we could not afford him and he is getting on a bit at 32 years of age

I don't believe we will sign anyone while the Sisu muppets are (trying) running our club.

But I don't have a problem with fans talking about transfer rumours as after all we don't have much else positive to talk about.

To be honest, I hav a feeling pead will sign and sisu will say "we've been working behind the scenes to secure this high profile signing. Craig, our new franchise player, will bring the success this club yearns for" hope we wernt right In the first place in giving this lad the boot. And I hope he turns up and bangs in 20 goals, but truthfully I don't see it..

He'll never be the player he was a Swansea so even though I know SISU wouldnt fund such a move, I dont think it would be a good one even if they considered it. They're quite good at considering things; they just never act on the considerations
