Yeah right... If Carroll is worth £35m and Henderson worth £20m then Dann is worth £50m minimum

That said, with so many clubs after him, it could drive the price up. If recent transfer fees are used as a guide, £15m is not out of the question.

Quick sum - £15m - £3.5m = £11.5m profit for Brum. Our 10% would be £1.15m.

I thought it was 10% of the fee, not 10% of the profit

From the article:

The former Sky Blues’ skipper was sold to Birmingham for £3.5 million two years ago with a sell-on clause in the deal, believed to be worth ten per cent of any profit Blues make on him.

Still, if that money goes back into transfers then it'll double our budget!

The money has already been earmarked to cover the operating debts - might keep us from going under for a couple of months longer but just staving off the inevitable

He will probably go for about 12 million, so thats 8.5 million profit, so we could potentially get around £850,000 . Every little helps, but when you get the news yesterday that the £5million Prozone was sold for went in to save us from administration.... it onyl buys us another couple of months like Ashbyjan said.
