What a bunch of idiots booing their own national anthem they are part of the United Kingdom, and God save the queen is the national anthem of the United Kingdom, not England.

You had your chance to fuck off, if they hated the UK that much they should have turned up at the polls and voted! Morons.

Any odds you like for Scott Brown to be booked/sent off or Grant Hanley similar - with preference for nailing Rooney !

A lot of Scots just seem to hate everything.

Booing your own national anthem is something only the Scots could manage to do.

Really pleased with that result. Heard a huge roar walking past the pub when Scotland scored, then total silence for Rooney's goal. Nothing better than shutting these bitter sods up.

Cannot wait for Alan Brazil in the morning. Never thought I'd say that.

England were classy, Scotland were shit. Considering it was their world cup final they were really disappointing.

Despite it being 'just' Scotland, England were brilliant.

Even players with a bit of pressure, such as Smalling and Clyne were great.

Rooney proving again he is still vital for us.

Walked past when goal was scored, went into the shop then walked back past it for Rooney's. Advantages of living in a town with only 3 streets...

Wilshere has put a run of games together with no injuries and shown what a great player he is. If he can stay fit right through until Euro 2016, he'll be arguably our most important player.

He's been class in the qualifiers, probably our best player. Coming from someone who has knocked in the past.

Seems to be struggling still at club level, probably due to competition for players and partly Arsenal style. Shown he has a great passing range when playing with England which isn't displayed at Arsenal due to play style.

Sitting with a mate watching the game and build up to the first Rooney goal was interrupted by someone calling my mates home phone asking if he'd like to get cheaper calls. Angrily he says "no I wouldn't" slams the phone down. Just after the second Rooney goal phone rings again same story with bloke asking about home calls. Turns out it's a mate of his from North of the border on a wind up because he's drunk and annoyed they're losing/lost.

Only two Scottish team members play in the Premiership! What happened to all the great Scottish players? Dalglish, Bremner, Gray, Johnstone. Seems like the supply has dried up. I blame all the foreigners in the Premiership, no room for Scottish players now.

Fine by me. When it comes to international football what's the difference between a Scot and a Frenchman?

There is a difference between Magnificent and the sense of the word in terms of Scotland being crap.
