Perhaps its age, but all my hatred of Villa, Sunderland and Leicester was just banter and not real.
But, I am really happy Plymouth and Luton went down.
There was something about their triumphalism when they beat us that really pissed me off. Add Birmingham and Wrexham. Lets hope we are not playing them next season.
I am glad Luton went down tbf, I can't lie. Nothing against Plymouth and hope they come back up, nice to have different parts of the country represented.
It’s not the supporters, it’s the coaching staff and players. Not good enough so they are happy to cheat creating problems and negative consequences for fellow professionals and then revelling in it. Hence schadenfreude when the aim of their tactics goes awry.Really don't understand this.
Surely they were just celebrating a victory..... are Middlesborough supposed to be outraged at us for our celebrations yesterday......
I wouldn't say Luton were showing triumphalism because they were beating us, they were just desperate for 3 points in their attempt to avoid the drop. And maybe their passion was misinterpreted.Perhaps its age, but all my hatred of Villa, Sunderland and Leicester was just banter and not real.

After 50+ years of supporting Coventry City I have no issue with Luton Town FC. They arnt Villa or Incester or Scumderland or either of the Sheffield teams, who really are wankers.
If anything, Luton have been through the same kind of shit that we've been through over recent years.
Yes they beat us on pens in the play off final, and we were all gutted, but that's football, it's not personal, and I wish them well for next season.
Glad Plymouth went as well. Difficult away day logistically

I've always quite liked Plymouth.
I have absolutely nothing against Luton.
I didn't care who went down, but was quite pleased Oxford stayed up. I like clubs that punch above their weight (we also had two extremely exciting games against them).
In 3 years time they’ll restart and resetTook 9 years for Luton to go up from Non-league to the Premier League. Now in 2 years they’re halfway back the other way. Lol.
Wouldn't it be good if they did a Luton! The only team worthy of massive dislike is scummy Leicester.
Each to their own. Plymouth are OK.Perhaps its age, but all my hatred of Villa, Sunderland and Leicester was just banter and not real.

Yes, I went 14/2/24 and found exactly the same. Most away stewards are very welcoming but I thought they were chatty and welcoming.Id have liked Plymouth to stay up. Got taking to a few of their fans before the game in the fanzone and they were very family orientated and just love their club. Found their stewards and the club very welcoming as well.
luton on the other hand Im glad to see go down. Its got to be the worst ground and away day experience in the league. The away stand is not only a dump but also an accident waiting to happen and paying £32 for not only a massively restricted view but also no concourse, proper toilets or seats is a piss take. Whole ground needs knocking down.
on a side note just watched a vlog of their last game at wba and their fans chanting abuse at their players because they got relegated is just insane
I went and exactly the same. One train going into Exeter due to cancellations on way back ,with every fucker cramming onto itBall ache away day though.
Didn't go this season but loads of trains cancelled on the way back and people rammed on to the ones that were running like cattle.
That's not unusual on the south West routes.
Cant blaim the club for that though. Im sure Labour putting the trains back to public ownership will sort that out thoughId have liked Plymouth to stay up. Got taking to a few of their fans before the game in the fanzone and they were very family orientated and just love their club. Found their stewards and the club very welcoming as well.

Forget to change accounts?Cant blaim the club for that though. Im sure Labour putting the trains back to public ownership will sort that out though
They are building a new stadium, the cost of that might keep them down next season.Id have liked Plymouth to stay up. Talking about social media taunts and the Luton manager who said a few irritating things.Really don't understand this.
