I was led to believe that two spoons of sugar was the point at which a hot drink reached maximum sweetness and anything more was a waste of time.
So why do Coffee houses etc according to the nanny state put up to 8 teaspoons in their beverage.
And why do all these focus groups think it's their right to intervene in individuals choices.
JFO!!

Possibly the more sugar, the bigger the sugar rush & hence feel-good factor.
Customer returns because they like to feel good...ironic that in time it makes them potentially so ill.

...onwards & upwards PUSB
