He’s been disappointing for awhile but was excellent on Sat. There’s no real competition for his place, but hopefully Reid will be in the squad soon.

I thought he was excellent in defence but his passing in the opposition's half was often poor still. Fortunately this change of formation means we are able to play through the middle much more though, so it wasn't exposed as often as recent games. Also benefitted from a more direct approach at the back which meant he didn't receive as many slow, delayed passes from Hyam as he is used to. All in all lead to a much improved display.

Be interesting to see his next move is can’t see norwich using him in the prem and can’t see them loaning him here again.

I wonder how much there is left to pay on it and what other remaining clauses there are. That might influence the price significantly, not that it would matter much to Norwich when they go back up.

Yeah or Norwich don't pay rest and we take him back this is all dependant on us staying up but if that occurs reckon he will be here next season

Might just be the way I was reading between the lines, but did anyone else get the impression in his recent interview that he didn't feel challenged enough by Giles as it was basically accepted that Giles couldn't defend?
