Leicester at home where he scored in our comeback win. That was a packed out cbsI said to brother yesterday " I bet O'Hare is shocked the ground was never that full when he was here" completely differant probebly never reconised the place!
He also arrived on a free.Ohare left on a free after we rehabilitated him twice. Deserves the stick.
When he took a corner and sprinted down the pitch and stopped goal scoring chance for the city.I thought McCallum was class tonight, for what it is worth!
I hear you and i think your right. But i have this hate for everyone who plays against us on the pitch. It cant be helped. We need to stop hating on players who helped us get promoted.
O hare stuff was funny but also sad. He helped get us into this league and then stay in it for crying out loud
McCallum yeah fair play didn't celebrate it
Yes they can, because that's exactly what it is. Just because it's high paid employment doesn't change that.Nobody can compare playing football for a small fortune a week to "employment".
Is that O'Hare?I do find it satisfying how so many, whilst helping us with our rise, thought they were bigger and better than us.
Its more Palmer isnt it?Is that O'Hare?
I thought he wanted to be on a par with top earners, or to be the top earner, but the club didn't think he warranted that. I got the impression he'd have stayed if we'd have paid him what he felt he was worth.
I'm with the club, btw; I liked (and still like) O'Hare, but I wouldn't break the bank for him.
That's how I read it with Palmer, too, yeah. Its more Palmer isnt it?

The offered wages were less than players who joined the summer beforeI imagine what he was asking for was outside of the wage structure at the time and we hard balled on breaking that

I forgot about his long throw as well.

I don't think McCallum would start over JDS personally.O hare and McCallum were by far the best Shef Utd players on the night. And id say both would of got in our starting line up last night.
No, but looking at our left back cover he would be an excellent squad addition.I don't think McCallum would start over JDS personally.
I mean, he was 18 and we were his first proper club! What were you expecting? Prime Roberto Carlos?Tbh I never thought he was particularly great when at us. Thought he was a good athlete and worked really hard, but lacked the technical skills and passing ability required. But he was really good tonight and their best player.
He was signed from non league and sold for a few million. About as good as it getsI mean, he was 18 and we were his first proper club! What were you expecting? Prime Roberto Carlos?

He would if that's his base level and he went through the standard 'Lampard improvement' phase.I don't think McCallum would start over JDS personally.
Always struck me as a ridiculous story tbh. I would hope that’s not how King conducts his business. The rumour on here at the time, from a once ITK, was there was a contract offer, but King Withdrew it after O'Hare had a bust up with Robins after being subbed, I think at the Hawthorns.
He's a threat in the box too!He would if that's his base level and he went through the standard 'Lampard improvement' phase.
I was gutted he wasn’t taking corners.I thought McCallum was class tonight, for what it is worth!
McCallum was a permanent player first here and then a loan player, loaned back when we sold him to Norwich. He probably feels a debt of gratitude to a club that picked him up from Level 7 of the pyramid.I find the non celebrations really ridiculous especially if it’s a former loan player. If I was O’Hare last night and I had scored I would have gone wild, fortunately we didn’t have to see it as it was a typical game from him a lot of bluster but little final product.
Pretty sure his Mrs is a Cov fan as wellMcCallum was a permanent player first here and then a loan player, loaned back when we sold him to Norwich. He probably feels a debt of gratitude to a club that picked him up from Level 7 of the pyramid.
He's a friend of a friend. This totally contradicts my post butI think DOD knows him so more likely to be true
He's a friend of a friend.
He played left sided centre back for us in a three once or twiceI thought McCallum had the look of a player that would eventually play centre half.
Good defender, decent physically and seemed to be able to read the game pretty well.
Surprised he's not played there at all really as far as I'm aware.
