Good luck to him but I think its disgraceful to put out a team like that. It's the FA Cup, it should be a big deal. For Liverpool they should be making a serious attempt to win it.

Shouldn't be allowed. As much as I don't like the influence the TV companies have a lot of money is paid for the rights. This is on live and there's a team of unknown Liverpool players.

Whole Liverpool team has 34 appearances for the club this season, 21 of them are Benteke!

The tv companies know the big clubs take the piss in team selection early on but they still put them on, heard on the radio today that man utds last 40 odd fa cup games have been televised live.

Only the odd ones?

That's odd.

I'm watching the Exeter vs Liverpool game with Spanish commentary. I missed the first 25 minutes. Kent has had a lot of touches in the time I've been watching. Exeter just scored the most amazing goal direct from a corner, swerved out and then swerved in, completely deceived the Liverpool GK. A goal of the season candidate! It's currently HT.

Yes. Little flashes but nothing on the end of it. A mis-hit that led to the goal, a nutmeg that doesn't come off and a cross along the 6 yard box to no-one.

He needs to either learn his trade in the U 21's or go back out on loan.

Some nice touches tonight, but you keep feeling he is capable of so much more.

Absolutely. Looks so comfortable on the ball but ends up coming to nothing. He has such talent and he will improve as he learns his decision making. I would keep him on if I was Klopp and tell Kent to use the ball like Holmes the Exeter left wing does. Some great balls in.

Sorry Otis couldn't remember the exact figure and you know what it's like if you put down the wrong figure on here

I didn't see the first goal, but Kent got tackled far too easily for the second, and after some nice build up play from Exeter (more effective than anything I've seen Kent be involved in this season), they get a corner and score directly.

Not really understanding the negativity of Ryan Kent. I appreciate people have opinions and rightly so but no ones patient nowadays. He's what 18? Got massive
Potential, quick, takes on players, his final third will
Improve. He is going to be a premier league player.

He looks further on in his development than others out there escpecially the big lump upfront

it should show Klopp that it is better to loan out than keep in the under 21s

Didn't watch most of the first half but Shearer mentioned that Kent was Liverpool's best player.

What a howler by that dodgy keeper

That was the same opinion a lot of our fans had of him until they realised he offered nothing constructive to the team after several games of watching.

Not being unessersarily negative, it's just the way it is. We had better players on the bench that I think should have been playing instead.

There are too many talented foreign youngsters for Kent to make it. I'm just looking at the names on the back of Liverpool's shirts. Hardly any British players in the Premier League now.

Not sure we can be so certain. Many a player with immense talent at 18 has failed to go on and have the career people thought they would.

Let's see where he is in two years.

He has got talent, but he is also very, very raw.

Yeah, I though Ritchie partridge was going to be a top player, he was class on loan in the championship. Never made it.

Fair comment. I do think if Kent became available for transfer TM would be open to taking him, I would too.

The foreign youngsters were Liverpool's worst players I thought, in particular the lad who came on for Kent.

Can't expect too much from the lad. It's not that in going back to Liverpool Kent's going to turn into Superman is it!
