Yeah can see the similarity for the fairly long run and strike, it also reminded me of the Lee Hurst goal at Blackburn in the 5-2 win in 1993

I know it sounds Random but I'm sure back in the day the Mustafa Hadji had to play a few games with a piece of steal inside his boot due to injury

Absolute class. Been playing with an injury to his shoulder which affects movement/balance. But still one of the best in the league

Wasn't it he used a piece of steak or something to help with swelling

Yeah, but it affected the way he walked and by the end of the game it was more of a mince.

Id always remembered that as being Konjic for some reason but it's definitely Hadji!
