Mark Douglas Northern Football Correspondent for the I newspaper reporting Newcastle looking at Rudoni as a replacement for Longstaff.

Seems to be ‘reaching’ but more credible than a lot of sources. Would have to be a silly offer (£20 mill plus) for us to consider with the time left on his contract you’d think

Wouldn’t necessarily mind if they buy him for 25 mill and loan him back for the season

that’s a good one. Will lose their best player and replace him with rudoni who they only need come January. Classic

All Premier League clubs are monitoring Rudoni. It does not mean he is about to leave this window.

If he repeats what he did last season across this coming season he will be gone next summer.

I would as why would he give a toss if we got promoted or not if he was a Newcastle player.

As much as I don’t want him to go I’d absolutely piss myself if he scored the winner in the Tyne Wear Derby after all the shit them scruffs were giving him on twitter after they beat us

The goal that relegates them, next March 21st at St. James Park. Could be that far below the rest of the league by then its not unheard of to be confirmed relegated at the end of March. The record is 7 games to go (set by Southampton last season) and there will be 7 games left after the Newcastle game, we can all but hope?
