100%. They are hit and miss when comes to beating the first man, but like someone said he hits them so flat and with pace they trouble the keeper every time.

One thing I like about Rudoni is that is it twice this year he’s scored headers from coming late into the box?

his height gives a different dynamic than we’ve had from attacking midfielders of recent time

We're lucky to have Rudoni and Torp, both of which can deliver great set pieces

And with EMC also contributing with back-post runs it is definitely something we’re concentrating on.

Yes he's a good header of the ball, its beneficial to us to have him arriving in the box more, which is what is happening now.

Even before this purple patch, he had a few nearly moments under Robins too.

TBF Saka gets up pretty well for a little man, he had a header saved at West Brom and another one taken off his head, by Rudoni I think, on Saturday.

That's why Rudoni plays for 14th in the league and O'Hare plays for 2nd in league with game in hand.

Completely disagree. Far more involved than O’Hare. Constantly wants the ball and is the most creative player we have. And gets goals. Great signing.

That's why he's playing for us and O'Hare is playing for a club 2nd in the league

Good passing range and vision; can strike a ball well.

I think he's a better footballer than O'Hare, but not as dynamic, and it was O'Hare's energy and ability to drive the ball forward that was so integral to our play.

I think Rudoni has a really good cross on him (especially from a set-piece) and that's basically the only thing I'd say he does better than O'Hare.

He's younger than COH of course (the same age as O'Hare was during our first season back in the Championship) but there's no question who the better player is today.

Who cares? Rudoni is a Coventry player, and O'hare isn't. Not like at the end of the discussion we have the option to swap one for the other.

Anyway, how often do clubs like ours sell a player and replace them with someone who's just as good, or better, as soon as they arrive? We're not a Premier League club or bankrolled.

No it's because he fucked us about on his contract negotiations that is why he is playing for 2nd in the league.

His first touch when arriving in and around the box is gash for a 10. Also about as compared in front of goal as O'Hare

Not keen

I like Rudoni, think he's really good.
Don't rate many of the players that were pursued by Robins specifically (Kitching, BTA, Binks looking like an absolute huge waste of money) but do think he's left us a quality player in Rudoni.

Rudoni gets more goal contributions too.

Had COH stayed with us, my suspicion would be that we’d be talking about him in the same vain as we are with Sheaf and MVE. I think he’d be struggling this year for us as he had been for Sheff U who are a better outfit than us.

That’s just an opinion but the idea that COH would’ve fixed these issues is not likely to be the case.

2 different players but Rudoni doesn’t have the same impact on our team that O’Hare did.
He can get better though and is worth persevering with.

But OHare and Rudoni together would be interesting. He also brought fun toothed game, MVE and Ohare always looked like they were having a hoot

Rudoni was at fault for the Cardiff goal, he was left behind his man in the box leaving Bidwell to try and mark 2 players.

O’Hare and Rudoni offer different things, O’Hare buzzs around and links the play well and Rudoni is better technically and stronger.

Point the finger at more than him-Sheaf pathetic effort when the header came back across was laughable.

He’s a decent young player with potential but you can’t build a side around him and he’s nowhere near direct enough it threatening enough. Even his set pieces aren’t massively ahead of Torps tbh.

He’s a £2m gamble you pick up and develop not a £5m marquee signing.
