Answers my question about whether the confidence'd make him a better driver, or fat and lazy.

Saves him going the way of Villeneuve too. Probably a fabulous move from him, in terms of legacy.

THE chicken shit.
Wtf, gifted the title then quits.
Mediocre at Best, will go down as one of the worst drivers to win a world title IMO
Mercedes should get button out of retirement or get veristappen in for a real challenge

Decent driver. Probably the third best on the grid atm though despite his world title.

Wouldn't put him anywhere near that tbh.

Seriously think he's lucked out by being at the right team at the right time... and then he's needed Hamilton to have the bad luck with reliability.

I think he knew deep down that he wasn't the best in the team or the on the grid.

Who cares...it's the cars and the crews not the drivers who win world championships. Formula Snore for me I'm afraid

Not really mate. I see what your saying, Rosberg has been consistent but had Hamilton not had 3 engine failures, He would have won the title comfortably this year.
