The club's getting too political, too many right wingers so were offsetting that imbalance buy getting someone in that's left week.

Quality player tho Mundle

Maybe EMC injury is worse than thought. Outside of that, do we scout left backs?

Cant read it either. Safe to assuming he's yet another right winger?

Under the colors of Sunderland since the summer of 2024, Romaine Mundle could leave the Black Cats in the last hours of the transfer window. According to our sources, Coventry is interested.

After an excellent start to the 2025-2026 season, Sunderland has been making a little step for a few weeks. Under the orders of Frenchman Régis Le Bris, the Black Cats are now 11th in the Premier League and are moving away from the European peloton. And in this high-performance collective, it is not easy to find a place for boys like Romaine Mundle, a 22-year-old English winger. Injured at the beginning of the season, he has been gaining momentum since December. But out of the 10 Premier League matches, he is most often a substitute at the beginning of the match.

Info Media Foot: Coventry thinks of Mundle

A few hours before the close of the winter transfer window, an English club is strongly interested in Romaine Mundle. This is Coventry, current Championship leader with Middlesborough (58 points each). Coventry would like to get Mundle back to strengthen its offensive sector and give itself every chance to spin in the Premier League.

Sunderland listening

Courted by the Glasgow Rangers some time ago, Romaine Mundle has a promising profile. After playing bad luck since his arrival in the Premier League, with many injuries, the Englishman finally seems ready to explode. To see if Sunderland will want to bet on him or if the doors will open for a new beginning...

Would be an excellent signing and tbh, would have preferred this to Yang. Doubt it will happen, think he plays mainly on the left.

I did think we needed another winger tbh.

Yep he would be much better than Yang. If we can get Mundle I'd send Yang back
