I'm a bit annoyed that the speed in which he has signed for Northampton means it was obviously all worked out where he would go. But we couldn't even get any kind of fee for him so had to cancel his contract to make it happen. Not even £1000 or anything!

As he never asked for a transfer we'd have probably had to pay a loyalty bonus as well as as a portion of agents fees, it was probably easier all round to do it the way we've done it.

Massive shock, completley after the blue, thought Robins was gonna give him another shot. Just seen on SSP that he's gone to Northampton to be with Bothroyd. Good manager but shit transfers. Thank you for everything Roy, sorry it didnt work out. Hope its better for you this time. Philliskirk is coming in. I just cant see Madine coming in. Theres been no news on him and theres 2 hours left. Can't see him coming but i hope i'm wrong

So if Bothroyd has signed him AGAIN, why did he never get a look in under him here?

Confused much

Because when he was here we were playing in the Championship and he has signed him for League 2.

Although he never looked the part, at least he did try. Can't fault a player for not being up to it. Are you listening Freddy Eastwood?

Probably the only person with enough lack of sense has signed him - amazed he has got a league contract to be honest. He can team up now with Clive Platt, what a mouth-watering prospect they will be as a pairing!

Although I often laughed at his ineptness, he seemed like a trier and a team player, so I wish him all the best.

Boothroyd is ten times the man and fifty times the manager your fat friend could ever dream of being.

Good news, ROD was in a dead end here & we were lumbered with a player who never performed.

MR is very active in shipping out the dead wood...

He won't be missed - was never good enough at Championship level or even Div 1. I would guess Div 2 or the Borough would be about the right level. No doubting his enthusiasm but simply not talented enough.

considering his game is supposed to be based on pace - Funniest moment last season , was at the ricoh in a match, when he had a 5 yard lead over a defender in a race over 15 yards, and still managed to lose by 5 yards

if memory serves me right it was a game he came on as sub, and was fresh against a tiring defender

Depending on who the player is, coming on at all isn't always a good thing.
