Mendez-Laing causing all sorts of problems today. Best player by far

This time he runs at the box after a decent through ball, Ref says Stokes fouls him but with the first foul coming on the edge of the area

He sets up the free kick, slips as he takes it and it just goes wide despite ironic cheers from city fans thinking it has gone well wide. It hadn't.

Burge then sets up to take what looked to be a goal kick in the same position so suspect ML touched the ball with both feet after he slip so we got a free kick instead of goal kick

Not surprised he took thomas off. Reckon he touched the ball about 5 times whilst on. He stood and watched his man run with the ball for the second. Bigi had to cover and was left out of position.

We do have to rely on Linnell and Squeakin for information. The latter usually doesn't even get the opposition correct, so I'm not surprised they are unable to locate an individual.
