Defeat then. Bugger.

Don't think we ever do well when there's sickness in the camp do we?

Sounds to me that Bayliss may well be one under the weather. Westbrooke must be in if he's in the pre match conference.

I wonder how many are affected.

Quite a few I believe but some are now getting over it
Like any work environment one person brings it in and spreads it to half the other staff

Any specifics?

To be fair our squad is big enough to cope with a few being out. Genuine wingers is the obvious exception, but even so we have players who could play their if needed.

It's been a bit of a developing issue so as some are recovering and coming back others are going down with it
I wouldn't post details of anyone I knew was out as it would be shooting ourselves in the foot
Forums are often read by visiting clubs so best to keep them guessing until just before kick off

It's just a shame we are without Jonson Clarke Harris, Abs Ogogo and Tony Andreu. Massive loss for us.

I hope scouts arent that silly though.

True. So we had better not the let the opposition know we are having to play Addai in goal and two17 year olds from the academy in defence, as well a left back at centre forward.

If the opposition knew that they might act upon it and then they would have the upper hand.

So, Mum's the word.

If the opposition scouts are doing their job they would know we do most of that every week.

Robin's making excuses already, bringing in the pie eating keeper,it is a certain loss now.

Robin's grabs anything he can to deflect blame from himself, but you can only blag it for so long.

If he didn't say anything and totally changed the team today and say left out the likes of Sterling and Willis and Thomas and Enobakhare and played a kid up front, this place would go into utter and total meltdown.

Sounds like there may well be a number of omissions today. Unless of course Robins omits players in order to support his made up excuse.

The full iFollow video makes the comments seem much more rounded. He talks about how some players have been more affected than others and that he needs to be ruthless based on what they've been able to show in training this week.He also talks in more depth about their goal last week and expands on his comments about the (lack of) shape and anxiety. Though Clive asked some good questions this week.

Will be interesting to see what changes are made today. Did he hint more about brown coming back in?

Which therefore points to Clive also enduring a bout of flu combined with a sprinkling of a dose of delirium.
