He's getting worse than Grendel. Tries to deflect every anti-SISU comment by implying the poster is hypocritical, pro-council/Wasps, doesn't know what they're talking about etc. He also sounds miserable when everyone gets enthusiastic about a gesture for all of us to tell SISU what we think of them.

Take a leaf out of your own book (Just for balance) and look at all options instead of using your tunnel vision.
Even if the budget he has isn't spectacular it should be more than good enough to avoid being bottom don't you think?t's not about giving SISU money, it's about giving TM money to buy good quality players. If people don't go then you can't blame TM for signing duds as thats all he has the money for.

I think a new owner would have every chance of getting CCC and Wasps etc onside; more than anything else it has been SISU's behaviour which has alienated the other parties to the point that trust has gone and now nobody wants to work with us. New owners would change that scenario.
Any investor knows 2 things: 1) football clubs can be money ptis which they have to buy with their eyes wide open (unlike SISU who admitted not doing their due diligence) and 2) there is the Southampton/Swansea/Bournemouth/Stoke etc model where clubs can succeed with reasonable investment. For that reason, our low price tag makes us a potentially attractive buy.
I don't agree - having a long term home, even as a tenant, would make the club more attractive to potential investors than now, when we're casting round for sites or talking about playing in a shoebox. The Ricoh reflects the ambition that this club should have. Yes, we don't own it, but nevertheless it is a statement of the level the club should be at and is ideal for the PL if/when we get there - once that happens, the PL money will make our tenant status irrelevant.If you the club signed a long term deal with the Ricoh we'd be stuck with sisu forever.
If anyone with with any wealth wanted this club the last thing they'd want is being dictated to by some poxy rugby club with minuscule wealth that they'd probably have never heard of.
