He's not actually that good you know...

Never sign a player off the back off a good tournament.

Been a good window for Robson-Kanu. One good game and everyone is screaming "Get him here" He hasn't got a team!... I wonder why?

My guess would be because he is Welsh and no-one likes the Welsh.

He's played well and certainly out himself in the shop window, he is championship standard in the long run however. He might get some interest from abroad I.e. France etc. That's where I think he should move

A bit like Man Utd signing Poborsky after him chipping the keeper. Great goal but nothing much followed in the 18 months at Old Trafford.

I think his record for Reading is more indicative than one excellent goal, unless I am missing something.

Have we forgotten Chris Birchall?

Wish people would take the whole game in when they rave about a players performance. Kanu produced an brilliant bit of skill, but that's one moment from a 90 minute match in which he was very poor in. Hes not a top flight player, he's an average championship player.

Same with Bale, he's scored two free kicks I think I'd have saved, other than that he's been largely anonymous for Wales, Allen, Ramsey, Ben Davies and Williams have been Wales' best players by a mile yet the media will have you believe Bale is carrying Wales. Football fans are very naive and stats and brilliant moments mask a whole general performance. A premier league club will sign Kanu off the back of that one bit of skill and it will be a wasted signing.

Whilst I agree with your overall point, I wholly disagree that he was very poor against Belgium.
